I read that person’s post as explaining how Eridan was like Jareth and how they were BOTH really bad and unhealthy? Like? I didn’t see how that person was supporting these relationships?

Unless you want to read it as the prompt of an unreliable narrator, but really that’s just expecting way too much from an anonymous asking for porn. For one thing, there’s no tell to distinguish it from the oceans of Eridan fans who sincerely think that kind of Nice Guy crap is okay. Also I’m somehow not seeing the prompter as the sophisticated subtle type.
